The FB wagon signified the US styling influence of the time and also offered all of the improvements that the FB sedan brought. Of note was the use of the sedan rear doors resulting in an unusually shaped rear side glass and mouldings. The introduction of the Fb saw the Business Sedan discontinued leaving only the Standard and the Special as trim level options which came with the new ‘Magic Mirror’ acrylic paint. The Special Station Sedan was coded by GM as the FB/229.
