Shipping Information

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.

Every parcel is despatched with UR Trading International retaining a Tracker Number which ensures a model can be tracked during it’s journey to your door.

International Shipping

Export orders from Australia exclude GST and will be deducted upon checkout.

All duty and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery will be though Australia Post.

Delivery may take up to 2-3 weeks depending on the country of destination. (Usually, delivery time will be much faster.)

Payments will be made in Australian dollar currency by credit card.

Stock Availability

If, for any reason, we cannot supply a product immediately or if a product is sold out we will contact you via email or phone, to advise you of the next availability or an alternative. If a refund is due, we will forward it to you without hesitation.
